• Prices include utilities and cleaning but exclude bed linen which is available at an extra cost by prior arrangement or guests may prefer to bring their own.

• Deposit is £300 per week. Full balance is payable 8 weeks in advance.

• Availability is indicative - please inquire about your preferred dates at seawindspolzeath@gmail.com.

• Bookings are Saturday to Saturday. Arrival from 4pm and departure at 10am to allow time for cleaning.

• Low season weeks are negotiable from £1,200.

• Especially in low season, there may be scope for shorter or longer bookings with flexible pricing.

• We're also happy to discuss a lower rate for small bookings (6 people or fewer) in low season.
